Any information obtained from the client during direct search is considered confidential and is never disclosed to any other party. Confidentiality is very important due to the following reasons. For example, when top manager replacement is carried out; when a company plans to enter new markets, when a new product is being launched; when mergers and acquisitions or IPO are planned; when new technologies are being implemented.
